    Location: the hotel was near to restaurant and minor activities for adults and the waterpark next door. The a double room was modern with garden view.

    Didn't like the staff, some of them were horrible.

    It was just a top selection for a quick layover in Aktau with good value for cost. The pool area was nice and the kids loved it. Try to visit during off-peak times for a more relaxing experience.

    We had a blast enjoying the exciting water slides and lounging by the fine outdoor pool . The spa sessions and sun terrace were perfect for unwinding after a long day of fun. Just a heads up, the room could've had a few more essentials for our family of three, but it didn't take away from our amazing time ☀️

    The resort features a fine private beach and large, clean rooms with fantastic views! The staff is dedicated, providing excellent service even during peak occupancy.

    Unfortunately, the initial check-in experience was challenging due to rude security. This left a sour impression right at the start of our stay.

    The Rixos Water World Aktau, Theme Park Free Access features expansive, beautifully decorated common areas that are easily accessible for seniors. The serene garden views from my Beautiful King Room were a relaxing touch.
